If you purchase merchandise through RazaDesigns.com or if you are added to our Catalogue mailing list, your name and email address will be added to the Raza Designs mailing list and database. Handling Fee

A $3.00 handling charge is added to all orders, because they must be processed through our warehouse.





Tax

Tax is calculated according to the total amount of the order. We are required to collect tax on any order sent to states where we operate a retail business.

Sales tax is charged on total merchandise for orders delivered to NY.





Estimate only

The online total is only an estimate, but a very good estimate. The amount of total can change only because shipping charges or tax amount. Merchandize prices are not subject to change after you submit the order.

We can provide an actual total once the order has processed in our systems.

Order Status

To check status of your order simply click here Check Order Status.

To track your order after it's shipped, please refer to the tracking number in your order confirmation email, and visit either the FedEx or UPS site according to the carrier used. For all other order-related questions, please call 1-877-715-2195 between 9AM and 5PM Central Time, from Monday through Friday.

Consumer orders usually be picked, packed, and shipped in 2-3 days, Monday through Friday:
   FedEx: 8:00 p.m. Central Time
   UPS: 4:00 p.m. Central Time

Orders received after these cutoff times will be shipped the next business day. Please note that no deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
The warehouse will be closed for business in recognition of the following Holidays:

   New Years Day
   Memorial Day
   Independence Day
   Labor Day
   Thanksgiving Day
   Christmas Eve
   Christmas Day

Although we make every effort to provide accurate information on the site, errors may occasionally occur. RazaDesigns.com is not responsible for typographical errors on this site, and reserves the right to cancel any orders for product which is advertised on RazaDesigns.com with incorrect feature or pricing information. How can I send a gift or ship to another address?

If you are paying by credit card for security purpose we are shipping merchandise only to the billing address as it appears on your statement. To ship to different address we offer three options:

 1. Pay by Money Order
 2. Pay by Certified Check
 3. Check option on submit form "Ship To Different Address", and we     will contact you to verify payment authorization.





Returns & Exchanges

If you have any complaints with the merchandise email or call us within 15 days of receipt of purchase. We will refund the item, repair it or exchange it for you. How can I tell if you received my order?

After submitting your order you will receive a receipt page including a reference number and details on your order. The receipt page can be printed for your records if you want. We’ll also send an email acknowledgement shortly to the email address you entered on your order.

It’s unlikely, but if you receive an error message after clicking Send this Order & View Receipt please cut and paste the message and send it to us via email. If you don’t receive a receipt, please email us as well.





Can I change my order after it’s sent?

Once your order is submitted, it can’t be changed online because it’s automatically processed as soon as you click Send this Order & View Receipt.

If you would like to provide changes of your order you can either email us at Customer Service or call 1-800-715-2195.





Empty Cart

If you're receiving a message stating your cart is empty, it may be because your browser is not set to accept cookies. To fix this, just check your browser setting and enable your cookies.

Why do you need cookies? Our site is designed to use cookies to keep track of the items you order during your shopping session. When you're ready to check out, all of the items are saved in your shopping cart by using the cookies. If you don't enable cookies in your browser, our site won't remember what you've ordered, therefore making your shopping cart empty.

When will my order ship?

Once you click Send this Order & View Receipt the order is transmitted. This may take a few moments, so please don’t double click!

You will get a receipt page that will have order details and an email will also be sent to you shortly after you get your receipt.

Please, allow us 2-3 days for order to be shipped.

After your package has shipped we will send you another email indicating the package is on its way with tracking number of the shipment. So, you can start tracking the package through pressing link with tracking number on your email.
