If, at any time, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply
exchange it or return it to us for a refund.

If, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange it or
return it to us for a refund. The return must be made within 15 days of
the original ship date.

Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the appropriate address
below. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise being returned.
Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has processed.

Enclose an original invoice or letter in your package containing the following information:
- Name, address, and daytime phone number.
- List of items you are returning.
- Let us know if you want to return or exchange
the items.

Please allow a minimum of 15 days for us to receive and process your return or
exchange. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any
taxes you were charged. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within one billing cycle.

We will refund you the purchase price the
same way as original method of payment.

Refunding delivery charges:

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery and handling fees placed on
online orders. If you cancel your order after the item has been
shipped from the manufacturer, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.
